Excellent process that was automated as far as sensible, yet with human interaction for anything that needed discussion and clarification. On the day, the engineer rang ahead to advise he would arrive in 20 minutes and was bang on the dot. It was a freezing cold day and he wind was blowing half a hooligan so the poor guy was frozen. Despite that, he was good humoured and thoroughly approachable.
