From the ordering process, the team at Pod Point helped me fill out the paperwork to get all the details exact, in order for the government grant to be applied. Within days I was offered an installation date which I unfortunately couldn't do, and they were happy to do the date I could make. Nick arrived on time to install the Pod Point, he talked me through the process and set about installing it. Around 90 mins later it was all fully working. The 7.5m tethered cable is just perfect.
