When ordering I included a £39 lock in anticipation of the equipment being fitted outside.
However, the equipment was fitted in a secure garage ,rendering the lock unnecessary and was subsequently not fitted. Your installer informed you of this fact on the day of installation and I have also contacted you by email regarding a refund. To date I have had no response or refund from you. The installer did a first class job as far as I can tell, I’m not an electrician.
