Really good experience. Easy to book, & reschedule. Installer was prompt, tidy & did a great job. Cable routing had to come across the full front of the house, so taking the time to provide lots of information & photos helped prior to the install. Had to pay a charge for potential use of extra cable (over 15m), however on the day additional cable wasn't needed. Refund was credited back promptly. All in all a great experience..... just waiting for my EV to be delivered now!
