Lloyd was excellent throughout the whole installation process. He took me through where the PodPoint would be installed, asked me about routing of the wiring and also explained fully the connections in the meter cupboard. Once installed he took extra time to explain how it worked, what to do if anything went wrong and explained all the safety features. I can’t recommend PodPoint and the installation engineer enough.
