Pros: This company is on fire, with fast dedicated customer service and installers. Ordered on Friday and Podpoint EV charger was installed on Tuesday. The driver/ electrician was swift, the Installation was smooth and had no hitches, and it took less than two hours. Pod point is a Simple machine, that worked straightaway from the word go... Simple enough to use and no pi squared! Cons: Although the company and CSR say it integrates with solar, think what they mean, Solar PV panels send electricity to the grid and EV charger gets KWs from the grid! wow... I think unless Pods update their system and App, it is only using electricity from the grid. Nothing on the app shows it is taking energy from solar generation (like Zappi does). In this regard, they are a bit behind Zappi. I have a 6KW solar system so it will be nice to use generated electricity going into the car instead into the grid...
