Our experience with Pop Up Arcade has been excellent. The communication was positive at all times. We had to cancel our first booking due to COVID, and they made the rebooking process so easy and were super understanding. So we were able to rebook for this September. Emma, the host of our party, was lovely. She ensured the children were engaged and playing in partnerships at all times, and she was quick at setting up and unsetting the tent. We helped her because she had so much to carry and set up, and she had to go one floor up, but we were very happy to do so because she had a lovely, outgoing and caring personality. Overall we were delighted with our experience with Pop Up Arcade, and I recommend it to any parents whose children love playing games and ask their parents for a birthday party to play games with their friends. The children were very happy and had a great time!
