Communication beforehand was excellent, arrived on time. Lewis was an absolute star, interacting with all children, spending time with each of them, keeping them engaged and gave reminders for how much time was left so the children had plenty of warning. When one of the littlest ones got frustrated and had a meltdown, Lewis was quick to act and turned the frown into a smile in no time at all! He even joined in with the cha cha slide and ymca! (Requests made by the kids) I cannot recommend highly enough, and if you happen to get Lewis, you are in for a very easy and seamless party! All the children were raving to their parents and other children the next day at school about the epic racing battles, and a few have requested business cards. Even my introverted socially awkward teenage son got involved and had a great time! Thank you pop up arcade for a great time, and thanks to Lewis for being incredible and for going above and beyond
