I ordered 2 funko pops on 24th March for my son's birthday on 7th April. Both said they were in stock and as it's a UK site I presumed they'd arrive in plenty of time for his birthday. One arrived fairly quickly but the other one is being shipped from America! There was no mention on the website that it needed to be shipped from America and it'd be delayed. I contacted Pop In A Box via messenger and had very robotic responses from the advisors. They were very disinterested. Eventually they offered a £5 refund but then it turned out they'd applied it as a store credit!! Safe to say I won't be using them again!! Poor customer service!!!
