Poppets have really impressed us. Not only did they have exactly what I needed but the pricing was competitive and the service amazing. When I initially received the wrong item (which would have ordinarily been fine as it was only slightly different to the Jellycat rabbit I had ordered) I told them how important it was for my little girl to receive a specific rabbit from Father Christmas and without any hesitation they posted another out and made sure it arrived in time. I know she will be delighted. My son will also be thrilled with his Jellycat “poppet dog” - they are beautiful toys and I’m sure the children will be very thankful to Father Christmas, I can’t wait for them to see them!
