Power Diary is an amazing EHR platform. It is super affordable and very user-friendly. Power Diary provides SOAP note templates that can be used as is and are also customizable. Power Diary has client portal so clients can schedule their own appointments, pay prior to their appointment or pay via an invoice, and access their invoices. Power Diary has a built-in CRM for email messaging and texting. Appointment reminders can also be sent to reduce no shows. Power Diary has been a game changer for my practice. I am a solopreneur and I can all things client related to maintain HIPAA compliance and offer a secure platform that protects my client's information.
