My order was not dispatched and I had to chase them up a week later. It was sent out 2 days after making contact with them. My item was damaged in transit so I reported it with photos and asked for a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible as the order has now taken 8 days. I was told that they will only replace the order after it has been returned as it was their company policy. I asked for a refund as I couldn't wait two weeks for a product and ordered else where.
