Placed the order online, at night, and realised I'd forgotten something. Called the company first thing in the morning to add it to it. But unfortunately the gentleman that answered the phone was unable to help. He claimed that it would have been processed by the warehouse and could not be altered. Imagine my surprise when delivery did not then happen for 4 days.
Bad attitude & slow, expensive delivery - won't use again.
