Paid extra for express delivery 1 / 2 days and it took 4. Sent email to complain and it was totally ignored. Disgusting.
Had disappointing experience with the courier used by Pwer Tools before regarding late delivery from another supplier.
Sorry but won't be using Power Tools again.
