Ordered a petrol brush cutter which was to be delivered direct from manufacturer. Had several delivery issues and cannot fault the response and service from power tools direct. They were quick to respond and kept me informed throughout. Issue with harness when eventually delivered which was rectified. Superb customer service and actually felt valued as a customer. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and thoroughly recommend!
