Delivery was stated as 4 days if I paid for express delivery. Item was not dispatched for 5 days. Contacted them to tell them I would be unable to accept delivery and was told they would cancel the order. I now find they have not bothered to and I will be unavailable to take delivery. This is 10 day later. Also tried to shift the blame to DHL.
