Scott was absolutely amazing in assisting with my order. I had ordered from him a year ago and needed the same branded bags for a careers day event we had in two weeks. From the moment I emailed him, he quickly found my previous order from last year and had everything sorted for me before 12pm on the same day! His prompt responses were greatly appreciated, especially compared to other suppliers I’ve worked with who take nearly a whole day to reply, and delay the process. The bags however didnt arrive as planned, and when i reached out to Scott for an update, once again he responded extremely quickly, apologised and kept me updated and quickly sorted this out, he expedited the delivery time, & the bags thankfully came very early on the day of the event, as we planned to display this before the event started.
