This review is two-fold: The good- the quality of the product. I have purchased Sleep by Priv products as gifts, and material is like no other I have ever felt. And then the bad- I have requested a return/exchange with Priv as they sent me the incorrect size (ordered a medium, they sent me a large), it has been 12 days since requesting this, and I have not heard a word from Priv and the return request still says "pending". After waiting a week for a response on my initial request, I sent Priv a message through their website, it has now been 5 days, and again, I have had no response from Priv. I am just very frustrated with their lack of customer service and communication. Would not recommend!
