I gave a review on Trust pilot but happy to give another. As a family we have been very pleased with the overall service that Pure Cremation provided. Everyone we spoke to or dealt with were respectful and sympathetic at the most difficult time. We had mum cremated on Saturday 24th April at Charlton Park, the most beautiful peaceful place, we attended as a close group, just mums Children and Grandchildren, it was very intimate and fitting for our mum and exactly what she wanted due to the difficulty at this time. Mums choice of music was provided and we all said our goodbyes in a very us rushed manor. Mum came home this week, hand delivered by a lovely man who was more than happy to listen to me speak about mum. He was in no rush to leave until I was ready knowing he has others to deliver safely to their loved ones. We are now in the process of organising a Celebration of mums life, the formality of dealing with the immediate aftermath of loosing some one as close as it gets was simple, conducted smoothly and respectfully and not extortionate.
