I mainly spoke to Kingsly, what a pleasant gentleman he was and looked after mams wishes, including making it possible to get mams ashes to us before my sister had to return to Canada, I also spoke to a couple of your female staff they were also very courteous and helpful, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your services but in a nice way I hope I don’t need you for quite sometime.
