I love your product and have been using it for years. It helps me sleep much better than other products i've tried. The PureSleep is small enought, and compact enough, it doesn't feel like i'm wearing a mouthpiece when i sleep. I would like to see improvements in order receipt and processing.... I place the order at 7 am Thursday morning, and didn't receive shipment confirmation until the following Monday. My only negative comment.
