Okay. I have to say here that not being able to sleep with a CPAP machine was a huse problem for me. I found Pure Sleep and have been using them ever since. Maybe five years or more. It works gor me. Of course my bedtime regimen includes Breathe Right nose strips and Pure Sleep. My only complaint is that the use has changed my teeth and bite. A small price to pay for healthy sleep. Sleep Apnea is so bad for ones health.
