We have been dealing with QVIS for almost 15 years as a wholesaler and installation company. Over the years, we’ve worked with many account managers, but things took a noticeable downturn after Tristan took over several years ago.
Since then, our overall experience has significantly declined. We've encountered frequent mistakes with orders, poor communication, and a general lack of respect toward us as a customer. The attitude we’ve experienced has often been dismissive and unprofessional.
Additionally, the website appears outdated and difficult to use. Returning faulty items has become nearly impossible—multiple phone calls are required because the RMA form doesn’t function properly. We've also faced issues with missing invoices and incomplete order histories.
Most recently, after requesting a new account manager due to ongoing concerns, our account was abruptly closed. This has left us with thousands of pounds worth of unsellable stock and no support, preventing us from ordering the parts needed to complete installations or make use of remaining inventory.
