Every went smoothly. From ordering to delivery. In hind sight I would not order the tower locks as they don't appear to be sturdy and only 3 of 4 seat in place. Update: Rack Attack gladly offered to refund my tower lock purchase. Thank-you and I'm very pleased with the product and service.
