* Rack Attack has reached out to me and the situation was resolved. Bumped from 3 to 4 stars. The follow up service was good in the end despite the initial inconvenience. I ordered two racks, a front loader bike rack and a kayak rack (that got split into two separate orders). Both links had suggestions (check boxes) to buy two Yakima lock cores (4 total), so I did. On delivery I learned that the kayak rack is not even lockable (though it even says that in the description). I used the online chat to express my frustration and after a slight delay I was sent a return shipping label, which I still have to get to the store to send (also a hassle). The check box to add locks has been removed, but it still says lockable in the description. I have bought many accessories from you and this is the most trouble I have had, but it was just frustrating and annoying.
