Online purchase was straightforward and simple. However, nobody from Rack Attack called me confirm my choice would fit my car. I was sure the rack would fit my car (I checked the manufacturer's website) but I expected a call because the checkout screen indicated I would receive one.
I would add, though, that store staff are friendly and pleasant to deal with. I spoke to them personally before making the online purchase.
