I received a thule rack that was missing a part so was unusable. I told customer service about that issue and it took a while to receive a clear answer regarding the next step. I was not that pleased with thule quality neither. In the end I asked if it would be possible to change brand and customer service call me right away to propose to send me a different rack, a Yakima, which was a good thing since I feel that rack is much more efficient and of better quality compare to thule. I was finally really happy with my purchase AND company’s customer service.
