Just used the rack to carry our 50 plus pound e bikes for the first time today. A really good experience.
The carton arrive brused and battered, so if we’re something other than a product built to withstand rugged use, I would have been really concerned. My first thought was that it was a return, but the hardware was sealed tight, and there were no signs of previous use. So it must be your shipper.
But your website and customer service is really good.
