Great product arrived with minor damage , reported it within 20 hours to Cody on 01/27/21 who sent me to Alex (same day). NO follow up from the organization as of 05/01/2021 - still waiting for Alex or Cody to respond with the minor repair information. Alex stated that he would ask his Manager and get back in touch right away. WILL CHANGE MY RATING TO GREAT AS SOON AS I HEAR FROM ALEX. Credit was completed last PM , product is still damaged but I can repair it , good response if you stay on top of them!
