Everything was perfect with the exception of one thing. Everyone I spoke to, both the gentleman online, as well as the gentleman at rack attack Tigard were wonderful! Very kind and helpful. The problem was that I purchased the silver crossbars and was sent the all black. I decided I didn't care enough to try to exchange, and kept the all black
