So, I hate juice! I always have. But I felt I needed to gift my body some good nutrition, and everything I looked at, this seem to be the best method. I am on day two, of seven, and I am already feeling the benefits! The cleanse is not hard at all yet, and the juice tastes terrific! In fact, I'm hoping there is some left over at the end of my seven day cleanse, just to add to my daily meals! Highly recommended, and I already have two of my friends buying it
