I paid for the Panerai BiTiempo 44m watch after an approximate 2-week email conversation where we discussed the particular request of a fully functioning watch with a smaller band (requested 1”-2” shorter). After receiving the video showing the watch. I received the watch via FedEx, with these three imperfections.
1. A defective clasp.
2. A standard size band, measured up to two other watches.
3. A broken non-moving hand.
I sent 5 different emails with photos requesting a repair after no respond I began to request a 100 % refund like the website list, and also a SASE for shipping back to their San Frisco, CA location like listed on the website. Still no reply I send a message with photos and excerpts from there website to my PayPal account, within the same day they explained that I would have to send it back to them. Again, I asked for a SASE and relayed that I had the address from the website already, and they said no they just use that San Francisco address on their website. I replied that I will send the tracking number USPS and you should reimburse me, because you sent a brand-new broken watch to me. Andy replied, ok we will issue a refund when we received the returned watch.
They issued just the cost of the watch and no return to my $32.24 and just like before no replies to my email again. Do not trust this company, they will try to scam you, they will send messages from: Andy, Cathy or Patrick and they will not reply to you via email or WhatsApp when you get your faulty product.
