I bought a new TV from here, friday, based on previous purchases. Steve guided us to a Philips Ambilight saying it had a good picture. I have honestly never seen such good picture, almost 3D. Once installed, I connected it to a Virgin Box, but the default start was into the home screen My wife is a technophobe and would get frustrated trying to find HDMI 1 and switching over. A quick call to RS, Jason I believe. 10 minutes later he called back and walked me through the fix. Job done. Another customer added to your permanent returns list Thanks guys.
