Delighted! Alan kept me updated on arrival times and fixed a problem that had other plumbers stumped for months. What's been most impressive is the integrity shown by Alan and Rightio- due to the nature of the problem it could have been easy to pretend the repair would take hours and I wouldn't have known any different. It was sorted by the first suggestion and within the hour. Thank you, the kitchen is now finished!
