Following delivery of the above order on Friday a day later than the phone call to advise delivery on the Thursday (which we waited in all day for!) for it to not arrive.
I was appalled by the state of the packaging on delivery for a £672 skylight. It was totally wrecked during transit. I cannot understand how something this valuable is sent in a flimsy cardboard box with little or no protection (see photos attached).
