Super convenient location and a friendly team on site. The facilities are great - clean throughout, with a very relaxing and unexpectedly secluded vibe considering it's in the middle of East London. The private cabins are lovely, with complementary tea and coffee and plenty of room to catch up with friends in between sauna and cold plunges. Good value for money and we'll be back again for sure.
