Bought a pair of running shoes, wanted to call first to ensure they'd arrive on time. Run & Become were really helpful on the phone and the trainers arrived on time. I found the site was helpful and 'non-generic' compared to others selling these trainers, I have wider feet and wanted to buy from a site that seems to know running rather than simply ship boxes. I also wanted to know that the returns policy was decent before buying some trainers that may be a bit wider, I didn't have to use it but it was reassuring. All in all, I'll be saving Run and Become in my favourites for next time. V. Happy.
