Never purchasing another SAMSUNG TV or product period. We purchased a 55”tv from Sams club in October. Noticed a few days ago that screen is messed up. Contacted Samsung and they sent a technician out who took pictures. We got a call back advising us that they will not fix our replace the tv and that we damaged the tv. I am beyond frustrated and upset. I have 2 more Samsung tv’s including all appliances in my home. and this is how they treat a customer. Unbelievable!!! 😡😡I called back to complain and spoke to a manager and she told me that I am basically wasting my time complaining and that they will not do anything. This is totally unacceptable!! 😡🤬
