There is a tech issue with samsung.com and instead of finding an actually solution I was told to try the site in a day or two, to use a different card, that it was my fault for putting info in incorrectly. I tried twice to process the payment and both times the funds were withdrawn from my bank (which means that the information I entered was correct or the payments wouldn't have processed at all) and then Samsung cancelled my order twice and refunded the orders. I spent an hour on the phone with a rep and 3 hours total trying to resolve the issue without any progress at all. I went to best buy used the same card and was able to complete the transaction without any problems. I am extremely frustrated with the inability to help that I received from samsung and very annoyed that I missed out on promotional gifts because the samsung.com systems was faulty and no one wanted to hear that. I don't think I'll ever go through Samsung directly for any future needs.
