I am over the moon with my Dahlia 2 in 1 bag. The quality and service is next to none. I have been eyeing up the bags for a good while, and in my madness, I accidentally ordered a keyring tassel instead of a T-bar tassel at 1am in the morning! I realised my mistake and called the customer helpline the following morning. To my surprise, Sarah answered my phone call and was so kind and helpful - my order was amended without any hesitation. The bag and goodies were delivered in beautiful packaging and I can honestly say, this will be a bag used for life. I will certainly be ordering additional items too as I am now hooked🥰.
