I was very pleased with the service I received from Scotsclan. The representative I spoke with was most pleasant and helpful in helping me place my order. I loved the Christmas ornaments in our clan tartan I ordered for my sisters and my grown children to help remember our heritage.
My only concern was that I e-mailed Scotsclan support about adding an additional ornament to my order, but never heard from them. Other than this, I was very happy with Scotsclan!
