Usually I’m very satisfied, but lately I keep getting damaged smokes in my packages. Broken or the ends are all messed up, also the last order, I put in on a Tuesday at 1pm only to find out they were not shipped till Wednesday at 5 pm needless to say I didn’t get them till the next Tuesday …. That’s way too long to be waiting, I should have had them by that Friday. So that was disappointing.
