Do not believe any review that you read on Seranata's own website, and do not believe the pictures of the flowers. We spent £38 on a bunch of flowers for my mum's birthday, and she got something delivered that looked like a £5 bunch of flowers from a supermarket. An absolute disgrace. Particularly in times like this where we all need a bit of happiness. Serena, if you cannot deliver to standard during covid times, then either drop your prices or close your service. A disgrace.
