I ordered a bouquet for my daughter. When they came they were nothing like the ones I ordered. Completely different colour . Not as many in the bunch. 2 broken. Mine was the last delivered on the hottest day of the year , therefore they had been in the van all day. I contacted serenata , sent a photo . All she said was that they might look better when all the buds come out. She wasn’t bothered. All they want is your money. No customer satisfaction what so ever. Flowers are supposed to say something special. Not in this case . I am so disappointed and I hope to let everyone know exactly how I was treated . I have uploaded 2 pics. One which I ordered.
