Ordered 2 lots of flowers for 2 different people. Both were delivered to one address. I had proof of confirmation for both addresses and yet the reply they gave me was that they only had received one address-rubbish! I sent a reply with a copy of both confirmation emails clearly showing 2 different addresses.
Rubbish service, do not use!
