So this is only my first week so I will leave a review based on that....... the first 3 days are the hardest, headaches, hunger pains, tired and no energy... once you get past that it's so easy, I fill up on 4 products of shake the weight a day, I also include an egg and some chicken breast (this is helping me keep fullerfor longer), I also drink 3ltr of water a day (again the 1st 3 days I found this extremely hard and was only getting 1.5ltr down. Now I'm able to reach the 3ltr mark) water is very important on this plan. I have so much energy and dont need an afternoon nap (I'm only 32 but felt like an old lady with all the sugar and carbs I was eating). Like i say this is my 1st week and If I can do it anyone can! All the products I have tried so far have been really enjoyable.
