So one week in and I've lost 5 kilo. (I'm on an 800 calorie a day programme). The shakes work well...it took a little time to work out the best way to whisk them. My favourites?...coffee latte, vanille and hazelnut, sometimes made with almond milk or espresso coffee. Personally I wouldnt bother with banana again. I expected to feel tired and I am a bit (especially at end of day) but I also feel more alert and paradoxically feel more active. Definitely going to keep going to the end of the programme.
