I love the strawberry, mint chocolate and banana shakes. My favourite snacks are the wafers! And my favourite pastas are the beef chilli noodles and the carbonara. I love these products, it’s my motivation that sometimes lacks! I lost 2 stone doing this diet (the 400 cal meal plus walking just 5000 steps 5 times a week) and I lost 2 stone in just over 2 months. I know if I put my mind to it I can do it again!
