If things have to be done quickly, this is not possible via the platform. And by fast I mean within 7-10 days. Because communication with the contractor is deactivated as soon as the order is placed. You have to pay first. No problem. If this were possible within a certain period of time. After paying, I've been waiting for communication with the contractor to be activated for a week. The service responded with a shrug after several days. Absolutely incomprehensible.
