My collection/delivery was marked as 'complete or expired' about 5 days before it was due to happen. This also closed down my ability to contact the people I had hired via Shiply. I lodged a complaint via Shiply compliant process as this was the only option for communication but never heard anything. The job eventually got done with about 5 date changes. I'm not convinced either this is the best / most cost effective way to do an international delivery. If you do lots of research, you can probably find cheaper and just as reliable. I would not use this service (or the supplier who eventually collected/delivered) again. There are better alternatives out there.
